SPACE SAVING DESIGN

The Concept2 RowErg Rower is engineered with a compact design and the ability to be effortlessly broken down into two pieces for easy storage, making it ideal for both commercial and home gyms where saving space is key. Weighing in at 57LB, the integrated caster wheels on the front feet of the rower allow you to move it around easily. Despite its light weight, the sturdy construction supports a weight capacity of up to 500LB.

The rower seat comes standard at 14” from the ground, with the option to purchase taller legs putting the seat height at 20”, accommodating any user.

EFFECTIVE FULL BODY WORKOUT

Unlike most forms of cardio that primarily rely only on your legs, the RowErg allows for a full body workout, engaging your quads, hamstrings, back, and arms. Combine this with the adjustable flywheel design of the rower to change the resistance and you have a unique cardiovascular stimulus that is hard to replicate on any other machine.
